Roughly taking about 100 hours to carve, the Valhalla drinking horn is a work of art lovingly and painstakingly hand carved. The images are exemplary only as horns vary in colouring shape and size however all symbols, runes md knotwork will be of the same design.

The Valknut is a mysterious symbol consisting of three interlocked triangles, and is thought to be strongly tied to Odin. The name comes from Old Norse for "Knot" and "Slain Warrior", loosely meaning the "knot of those fallen in battle". It is thought that the Valknut was displayed at the burial sights of those who dies in battle as a sign that they were to be taken to Valhalla.

The Eldar Futhark runes are a set of 24 characters that were predominantly used between 100 and 800 AD, by the Norse Viking as well as other Germanic people. Runes were carved into various materials including stone, bone, wood and metal.

The Elder Futhark runes are split into three aettir. Each is a subset of the runes that is associated with a different god.

Thor's Hammer (Mjölnir in Norse mythology) pendant is a powerful talisman, that provides energy to the wearer, gives strength and courage.

The story of The Hammer comes from Scandinavian mythology, where Thor, the Mighty God of Thunder is the eldest son of Odin and the Goddess of the earth Jörð, was the defender of people and gods from evil monsters and giants. About 50 specimens of Mjölnir amulets have been found widely dispersed throughout Scandinavia, dating from the 9th to 11th centuries.

The Helm of Awe is a powerful protective symbol used by the Vikings for the purpose of protection from illness, and disease. In Norse mythology it is said that it is a symbol that was worn between the eyes that induces fear in your enemies, and to protect against the abuse of power.

The Vegvisir (Icelandic Vegvísir, “That Which Shows the Way;” pronounced “VEGG-vee-seer”) is a symbol found only in one modern Icelandic collection of spells, the so-called Huld manuscript. That book has nothing more than this one sentence to say about it: “If this sign is carried, one will never lose one’s way in storms or bad weather, even when the way is not known.”

This is a natural hand crafted product and there will be variation in size, shape and colour.

The image is only an example as they come in various different colour combinations, lengths and curves.
