Huginn and Munnin Raven Arm Ring
Huginn and Muninn are the two ravens of Odin, representing thought and memory respectively. These ravens would fly all over Midgard in search of information to bring back to Odin. Odin's association with these two lead to him being referred to as the Raven God.
The Viking bangle is made of rods of different thicknesses twisted together to a thickness of 5 mm and ends in two raven heads in Ringerike Viking art style. The historical inspiration for this Viking bracelet comes from the Swedish hoard of Undrom near Boteå in Ångermanland and is now in the possession of the Historiska Museet in Stockholm.
This sturdy bracelet is made of Bronze and plated in real silver. The ends of this early medieval piece of jewelry are shaped like two birds' heads representing Huginn and Muninn, the two ravens of the Norse god Odin.
This bracelet is adjustable and will fit wrists with circumferences between 17cm and 20cm, but bending it repeatedly can weaken the metal. It is recommended to only bend it once to adjust the fit only if needed. We send instructions for resizing with the care guide in your order.
