There are dark times. We're in an epic battle against the evil that is Quickbooks to get our accounts submitted before the end of January. This week there will be no replies to messages, just cries of desperation so we appreciate your patience. We'll get back onto emails as soon as we've defeated the accounting system. All items have dispatch estimates on their individual listings so please check your listing for timelines and for speedy access to order updates.
We are still open, however are operating much like everyone else, on reduced hours for everyone's safety.

We do our best to reply as soon as possible whenever possible, but please note that E-mail inquiries can take up to 2 weeks during the pandemic. We are not able to reply to e-mails over the weekend or out of office hours, we don't take the work PCs with us out of the office and for GDPR purposes we do not install the software for communications on personal devices.
Remember to contact us using the form or suggested methods. Replies to automated newsletters are not received. They are one-way messages only so to contact us please e-mail directly or use the form, do not reply to automated e-mails. (I.e. order follow up emails etc)
For urgent messages, please contact us on Facebook. We will do our best to reply on there sooner if possible, but cannot guarantee this.
