Please note that all custom items are made by 1 person, the same one that answers all emails, packages and ships all orders, makes the folded bags jewellery comes in, personalised and assembles the boxes, the same one that has to do all the admin, stock refilling, photography, social media, chase up suppliers, organising a non-profit festival for the Voking community we're all part of etc, and due to a difficult pregnancy I simply cannot go as fast as I used to and I simply cannot work 7 days a week. Until I manage to get someone reliable to help, I appreciate you baring with me. I am prioritising getting orders out as soon as possible and catching up with emails over the closed period still. To catch up I am not monitoring social media so please only use the contact form to message and I will get back to you as soon as I humanly can. Social media posts are scheduled once a month or so, the posts and comments are NOT monitored, please use the contact form to avoid your email getting caught in spam. Please also observe the opening hours for replying to emails and shipping and please try to understand that outside of these hours I do need some rest too. Thank you for baring with me while I look for some help (which I hope will be sorted shortly) and go as fast as my condition allows. 🙂
Here are our most common questions and their answers:
Where is my order? If you opted for FREE shipping, we have no way of knowing where in the postal system your order is. If you opted for tracked, please check your tracking number from the shipping confirmation via the Royal Mail website. Only Express shipping is tracked at every step. Signed for shipping is tracked when it enters the postal system and when a delivery is attempted. Please check the SHIPPING page for full details.
When will my order arrive?
Free and signed for shipping takes up to 20 working days to arrive. It will arrive sometime within this window but we do not have a way of predicting when Royal Mail will attempt the delivery.

We do our best to reply as soon as possible whenever possible, but please note that E-mail inquiries can take up to 2 weeks during the pandemic. We are not able to reply to e-mails over the weekend or out of office hours, we don't take the work PCs with us out of the office and for GDPR purposes we do not install the software for communications on personal devices.
Remember to contact us using the form or suggested methods. Replies to automated newsletters are not received. They are one-way messages only so to contact us please e-mail directly or use the form, do not reply to automated e-mails. (I.e. order follow up emails etc)
