Skull Vikings is based in Reading, UK.
We ship from and store all jewelry, horn and leather products in the UK. Dispatch times are noted so in the details section of each listing. If your order is urgent we recommend getting in touch prior to purchasing to see if we can help with earlier dispatch. Dispatch time is defined as the time it takes for an order to leave the warehouse while delivery estimate is how long it takes Royal Mail/the courier you select to deliver once they receive the package. Dispatch estimate or Manufacturing time is not shortened by the method of postage you select.
We usually use Royal Mail but please note lager items such as shields, axes and swords may be shipped using a different courier at our discretion due to size and weight.
All items are typically shipped in our branded box. If ordering a gift, please leave a note to ask for plain packaging in the Special Instructions section or contact us as soon as possible on help@skullvikings.com after placing the order. We keep the packaging minimal to be eco friendly wherever possible, meaning that unless requested items that comfortably fit into a velvet bag, will be shipped together in the 1 bag. If you would like each in a separate velvet pouch, then please leave a message before checking out. If ordering multiple times to one address orders will be combined.

SHIPPING IN THE UK
We offer free shipping on all UK orders, using Royal Mail 1st class post. This is not a tracked service and may take 1 to 20 working days normally. We STRONGLY advise upgrading to express shipping or signed for shipping for extra peace of mind for any urgent orders.
To have your order insured against loss in the post, you can upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For and we strongly advise you do so for your peace of mind.
For time sensitive orders Express Shipping with tracking is £8.95 and typically arrives the Next Working Day after dispatch using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery by 13:00. (If notification of shipment is received after 13:00, it will arrive 1 day later due to last collection times from the warehouse). Saturday delivery not included for this shipping method. Items shipped on a Friday will arrive on the next business day, Monday. If you need Saturday delivery, contact us prior to purchasing. Express shipping is the postage option you choose, it does not impact dispatch/manufacturing times.
Express shipping is only available in the UK.
Express shipping is simply the postage method by which the item is posted and does not impact on the order dispatch times mentioned at the top of the page. We do love to help wherever possible though. If your order is urgent, get in touch and we'll see what we can do to help.
MODERN CLOTHING IS ONLY SENT OUT SEPARATELY TO THE REST OF YOUR ORDER AS IT SHIPS DIRECTLY FROM OUR UK PRODUCTION PARTNER.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UK
We use DHL for international orders which is currently the fastest method.
We charge £29.95 for international shipping via DHL regardless of how many items you get or how heavy it is. Whether you order one item or 20, you'll only ever pay a max of £29.95 for USA, £27,95 for EU and £39.95 for all others
You are responsible for covering any import costs on your order. They are not included in the shipping estimate.
Shipping extended delivery items.
If you order an item with a longer dispatch time together with available for immediate dispatch items, all your items will be shipped together when the extend dispatch item or custom made item is available. For shipping orders separately please contact us or leave a note in the special instructions section at checkout.
TAXES & DUTIES
It is possible that you may be subject to import duties, custom charges or taxes. The customer, you, are responsible for the payment of any such import costs. SkullVikings has no control over such charges, cannot predict their amount and will not cover them. By purchasing from our site you accept responsibility for covering any taxes and duties you may be charged.
DELIVERY FAILURE, FAULTY ADDRESSES & P.O. BOXES
You, the customer, are responsible for covering any re-shipping charges if the order is returned to us due to faulty addresses, failure of client to collect their order when a delivery is missed, inability of the courier to deliver to P.O. boxes or Military bases. Shipping is non-refundable, only the value of the items and not the delivery will be returned. Please note that incorrect addresses or those written using special characters or Military Base addresses may cause a delay to the dispatch, cancellation of your order or returning of the item to us.
RE-POSTING RETURNED ORDERS
SkullVikings is not responsible for the cost of re-shipping an order which has been returned to us by no fault of our own or by a failure of the customer to pick up the parcel or give the correct initial address. We are happy to reship the items, however the cost of postage is the buyer's responsibility to cover again.
Wrong address supplied
You as a buyer are responsible for providing us with your correct address. Should you provide us with the wrong address, through no fault of our own and contact us after the item has been shipped to change the address, you will not be entitled to a refund or re-shipping unless the item is returned to us. If you have provided us with the correct address but we shipped it to the wrong one, we will ship a replacement out. It's only fair.
Cancellations
Cancellations of orders can only be made before shipping for in stock items. Cancellations of made to order items can only be made before the item is being made or on its way to us. Get in touch as soon as possible for cancelling made to order items, usually no more than 24h after the order is placed.
These are our best estimates by our postal service and can be subject to delays out of our control so don't be caught off guard, place your order now to avoid disappointment under a tracked option for peace of mind. If you're in a rush to receive your order or it is time sensitive, we recommend using the Special Delivery option. Please note that UK Bank Holidays can affect dispatch and delivery times due to Royal Mail not operating during them.
