Re-shipping fee
Valid for re-shipping items that we received back through no fault of our own (such as incorrect address being given initially or buyer not collecting from post office, etc.) and for exchanges for items eligible for exchange (i.e. made to order items are excluded from exchanges and items need to be returned within 14 working days of being received)

This is a re-shipping fee only. Please remember to select the correct shipping method at checkout should you wish signed for or express shipping.
If this is for an item that you failed to collect on the first go for example because of issues with your postman, please UPGRADE to signed for shipping and remember to report postmen that do not leave cards to Royal Mail.
