This is a masterfully hand crafted cuff in thick black leather featuring the Tree of Life (Yggdrasill) symbol embossed into it and surrounded by knotwork which transform into wolves representing Freki and Geri.
Yggdrasill, or the tree of life is an immense tree that is in the centre of Azgard that stretches throughout the nine worlds and extends into the heavens. The are three roots of Yggdrasill, the first in Azgard, the second in Jotunheim (the land of the giants) and the third in Niflheim. The third root is close to the dragon Nidhug.
The tree of life represents connection, a link throughout the nine worlds, branches extending to the gods and continuity through time, connecting you to your ancestors.
The wide leather cuff tapers in the middle, featuring the Yggdrasill symbol prominently at the front with knotwork going down the band, the edges of which transform into wolves,
Geri and Freki created by Odin to accompany him on his travels and were the first wolves.
Each bracelet has two sets of poppers so it can be adjusted for a better fit. For wrists of a max of 7", M will fit whereas for larger wrists than that, you can use the L size.
Cuff Measurements: Length in narrows part 8.5 inches ( 21.5cm) /Width on the top widest part 3 inches (8 cm)/Width on the bottom 2.5 inches (5.7 cm). Please measure your wrist before placing an order.
