This Scandinavian sheep belongs to the Northern European short-tailed sheep breed.
It's related to the moorland sheep known in its native country of Germany as Heidschnucke. This breed's distinctive feature is its long and very soft fur.
The colour is a beautiful brown with highlights reminiscent of honeyin the mottled tips. Each piece is beautifully coloured and unique and slight variations in the shape, size and colouring are perfectly natural. The brown can be a darker or a lighter brown with mottled honey highlights. This is natural colouring so there is some variation..
