Olive Wood serving dish
Woodworking was a large part of Viking life and many beautiful pieces have been found in a variety of types of wood. Bowls and plates made of wood were commonly used at meals as ceramics and glass were difficult and costly to produce.
In a modern take on the use of wood at Viking meals we bring you this beautiful serving set which contains one main plate that can be used as a platter for the small serving dishes or as a serving dish on its own. The set comes complete with 4 small skewers that also have a beautiful olive wood handle. They're hand made from a sustainable Olive wood source.
It's perfect to serve small bites, cheeses and other things to add a modern tribute to Viking dining.
This set is easy to clean, just handwash with warm water and soar. It is not dishwasher safe. to maintain the beautiful finish just oil regularly with olive oil, a food safe mineral oil or coconut oil.
