Yggdrasill, or the tree of life is an immense tree that is in the centre of Azgard that stretches throughout the nine worlds and extends into the heavens. The are three roots of Yggdrasill, the first in Azgard, the second in Jotunheim (the land of the giants) and the third in Niflheim. The third root is close to the dragon Nidhug.
The tree of life represents connection, a link throughout the nine worlds, branches extending to the gods and continuity through time, connecting you to your ancestors.
The bangle has the Yggdrasill (Tree of Life) surrounded by knotwork repeated around the band.
It is made from Zinc alloy which is a similar metal to pewter with one size fits most. It is a soft metal so we recommend taking it off at night, not wearing it in the shower or 24/7 and not bending it repeatedly so you can enjoy it for many years to come. The zinc alloy version is intended for occasional wear only. Stainless steel is suitable for regular wear.
This bracelet is adjustable and will fit female wrists 14-19cm, but bending it repeatedly can weaken the metal. It is recommended to only bend it one time to adjust the fit.
