Vegvisir Leather Armguard

This hand made leather armguard is made of a heavy cow hide with plenty of personality and textures showing. The armguard has a detailed Vegvisir symbol surrounded by runes  embossed into the leather. Sold Individually or as pairs. Use drop down menu for selection.  

A thick, long strip of leather is thread through the bracer for you to tighten this firmly to your arm. 

The Vegvisir (Icelandic Vegvísir, “That Which Shows the Way;” pronounced “VEGG-vee-seer”) is a symbol found only in one modern Icelandic collection of spells, the so-called Huld manuscript. That book has nothing more than this one sentence to say about it: “If this sign is carried, one will never lose one’s way in storms or bad weather, even when the way is not known.”
