Combs are one of the oldest tools mankind knows. In medieval times they have not only been used for human hair but also to prepare wool and other natural fibres for spinning and felting. Our reconstruction of an early medieval Viking comb is handmade from wood and is based on historic finds. This hand made comb features a rounded top and varies in grain due to wood being a natural material.
